To meet these requirements, A2B developed a bolt-on DB Killer solution that requires no permanent modifications, allowing you to continue enjoying your car at its full performance potential while staying within track sound limits.

Many owners of Porsche 718 Cayman GT4, Porsche 718 Boxster GTS 4.0, and other Porsche 718 4.0-liter flat-six models struggle to comply with strict noise regulations—even when using the factory exhaust system.

This auxiliary DB Killer system provides an effective solution for reducing sound levels while maintaining performance.

Compatible with all Porsche 718 Boxster / Cayman / Spyder 4.0 H6 models, including:

• GTS 4.0

• GT4

• Base 4.0

Designed for vehicles equipped with the OEM center exhaust system.

Specifications

• Material: 304 Stainless Steel

• Construction: Hand TIG welded

• Main Tube Diameter: Larger than the OEM diameter to ensure minimal to no impact on engine performance

• Installation: Direct bolt-on to the OEM muffler

• Modifications Required: None

⚠ Important Installation Note:
The system must be oriented horizontally and pointing to the right side of the vehicle during installation.

Sound Performance

Tested by a member at Circuit Mont-Tremblant to meet the circuit’s strict sub-92 dB(A) sound limits.

Measurements taken at approximately 30 ft and 5000 RPM in Sport+ mode:

This represents a significant reduction in sound output, making it one of the most effective direct bolt-on DB Killer solutions currently available for the Porsche 718 4.0 platform.
