Auxiliary DB Killer Exhaust System for Porsche 997 & 991 GT3 / GT3 RS

Auxiliary exhaust systems are now mandatory at several racetracks, including Circuit Mont-Tremblant. To address these requirements, A2B developed a bolt-on DB Killer solution that requires no permanent modifications, allowing you to continue enjoying your car at its full performance potential while remaining within track noise limits.

Many owners of Porsche 911 GT3 (997), Porsche 911 GT3 (991), and related GT models struggle to comply with strict sound regulations—even when using the factory exhaust system.

This system provides an effective solution to reduce sound levels while preserving performance, making it ideal for track environments with tight noise restrictions.

Details

Compatible with the following models:

  • Porsche 997.1 GT3 / GT3 RS

  • Porsche 997.2 GT3 / GT3 RS

  • Porsche 991.1 GT3 / GT3 RS

  • Porsche 991.2 GT3 / GT3 RS

  • Porsche 911 R (991)

Designed for vehicles equipped with:

  • The OEM center exhaust, or

  • An aftermarket secondary exhaust using the original mounting plate

Specifications

  • Material: 304 Stainless Steel

  • Construction: Laser-cut plates with hand TIG welding

  • Main Tube Diameter: 3 inches, ensuring minimal to no impact on engine performance

  • Installation: Direct bolt-on to the OEM muffler or secondary exhaust using the factory mounting plate

  • Modifications Required: None

Quick-connect exhaust tips feature a 360° adjustable V-band clamp, allowing flexible positioning and secure installation.

Sound Performance

Tested by a Circuit Mont-Tremblant member to comply with strict track sound limits.

Measured at approximately 50 ft at full throttle above 7500 RPM:
